Richard Evans is a physician and cancer surgeon. In addition to his numerous articles, he has written one book, The Cancer Breakthrough. Dr. Evans is a member of the Rotary Club of Houston, where he serves as chair of the Public Health committee, chair of the International Service committee and on the Fresh Start program.   Dr. Evans is president of the Texas Cancer Center, serves on the executive committee of the Houston Philosophical Society, and is a member of the board of the Christian Alliance.
