Nancy MacKimm
Jones Day

 

Nancy MacKimm is the partner-in-charge of the Jones Day Houston office.  Her practice focuses on environmental and toxic tort litigation in state and federal courts around the country. Nancy has substantial experience in the defense of government enforcement actions and citizen suits; litigation relating to liability for cleanup costs, property damage, and personal injuries; and insurance disputes relating to such liabilities. Her practice also includes regulatory counseling and advising clients on potential environmental liabilities associated with business transactions.  Nancy is a member of the Texas and Houston Bar Associations. She received a B.A. from University of Michigan, an M.A. from the University of Chicago, and her J.D. from Northwestern University.
