Maureen O'Driscoll-Levy is a private investor, having retired as chairman of Sharon Tube Company in 2007. She earned her medical degree from the National University of Ireland and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. 

Dr. O'Driscoll-Levy is a patron of the Menil Foundation, New York City Opera, and Irish Museum of Modern Art. She serves on the board of the Irish Center of the University of St. Thomas, McDonald Observatory of the University of Texas, Orange Show, and Houston Grand Opera.
