James D'Agostino, Jr., has spent over 30 years in the financial world.  Since 1999 he has been chairman, president, and CEO of Encore Bancshares, Inc. He earned degrees in economics from Villanova University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University.  He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
