Horstman is Marathon’s assistant general counsel, worldwide exploration & production, and he has been part of the company for almost 29 years. His practices included environmental, marketing, antitrust, merger &acquisition, oil & gas, and international law. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Texas, Illinois, and Oklahoma as well as before the United States Supreme Court. He received a B.A. in political science from St. Joseph’s College in Indiana and a J.D. from Ohio Northern University.
