Christine LaFollette is a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Houston, specializing in corporate and securities law.  She is past chair of the State Bar's corporate counsel section.  LaFollette is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the College of the State Bar. She serves as a director of the National Association of Corporate Directors - Houston Chapter.  LaFollette is also a member of the Alexis de Tocqueville Society of the United Way and a trustee for St. Luke's United Methodist Church.
