Robert Smith, III

Robert Smith III is senior vice president in charge of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch. He received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He also attended the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, completing studies in National and International Security.  He is a retired admiral of the Naval Reserve.
