Frank Michel

Frank Michel serves as communications director for the City of Houston. Michel served in Vietnam with the U.S. Navy and is a graduate of the University of Houston. He spent 25 years with the Houston Chronicle where he became Associate Editor responsible for the editorial and opinion pages.
