E. Chip Ray

E. Chip Ray is Executive Vice President - Corporate Planning for CB&I. He was named to this position in September 2007. He joined the Company in 2003 as Vice President - Global Marketing. Mr. Ray has 24 years of experience in strategic planning, international marketing, technical sales, operations and management. In his current role, he is responsible for Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Investments, Communications, Shareholder Relations and Governmental Affairs. Prior to joining CB&I, he served as Executive Director of Strategy and Marketing for Fluor Corporation. Before joining Fluor, he spent 13 years with Nalco Chemical Company. He holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from St. John's University in Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Duke University, with an emphasis on international business. Mr. Ray resides in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife, Brenda, and three sons.
