E. Chip Ray is Executive Vice President - Corporate Planning for CB&I where he is responsible for Strategy, Marketing, Corporate Investments, Communications, Shareholder Relations and Governmental Affairs.  Mr. Ray has 24 years of experience in strategic planning, international marketing, technical sales, operations and management. He holds a B.A. degree in Chemistry from St. John's University in Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Duke University.  Mr. Ray is married and has three sons.
